He received his early education in Tamil medium at Bishop Heber Higher Secondary School in Puthur, Trichy—an experience that grounded him in his roots and taught him the importance of perseverance. Driven by a deep inner motivation and a passion for learning, he excelled academically and secured admission into one of India’s premier engineering institutions: the National Institute of Technology (NIT, formerly REC), Tiruchirapalli.
Pursuing a career in the Merchant Navy, Dr. Magesh Kumar rose to the rank of Senior Chief Engineer, where his technical expertise and leadership earned him wide recognition. Complementing his engineering credentials with an MBA, he now channels his experience into entrepreneurial ventures with the goal of creating meaningful impact.
